I have a hatchback that always holds an absurd amount of dirt under the spoiler, TLC always hand washes the back of my car and completely cleans off, all stuck on dirt before the car even starts going through the automated wash. There's even been a couple times, and much to my surprise, that the owner has hand dried my car afterward. There's no other place to go for this friendly and efficient service.
